Opportunity:

We were asked to find a launching pad for a new cross-over vehicle during the insanely busy Formula 1 weekend in Montreal. Hotel ballroom space was non-existent.

Solution:

Ever resourceful, we found Montreal’s Centre for Design, arranged for vehicle access and set up the space to handle lights, camera, action. Add to that, staging stencilled walls and food and beverage were arranged.

There was one small hitch: the weekend’s St. Jean Baptiste Parade would pass right by the venue, shutting down all road access.

Eventive moved into action. We made some adjustments to timing and arranged special access with police, the vehicles were detailed, prepped and moved into position, and the press took the wheel for a post-launch Ride & Drive.

A formidable challenge in hectic circumstances, but making sure the show goes on every time is what we do best.
